DISASTER RISK ASSESSMENT OF „VUK KARADŽIĆ“ PRIMARY SCHOOL IN BIJELJINA

Abstract

The paper presents the fire and explosion risk assessment for the elementary school “Vuk Karadžić” in Bijeljina. The assessment and the content of the assessment are in accordance with the Instruction on the methodology for the disaster risk assessment. In the research part of the paper, an insight of the case study of fires in school facilities was performed, and the current legal regulation in the field of fire protection in school facilities, for the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, was analyzed.
