IMPLEMENTATION OF JUST IN TIME CONCEPT USING LEAN TOOLS IN ORGANIZATIONS
Abstract
The subject of the paper will be the description of ways and methods for optimizing the process of distribution using Lean tools and Just in time concept; benefits and advantagest of management with this concepts.
