In this paper an event (conference) organized by the AIESEC student organization is being analysed. Emphasis is placed on the EMBOK methodology and the possibility of its application to the organization of a specific event („New Leaders" conference), and a special focus is given to the significance of the marketing and suggestions on how the entire marketing of the event could be improved.
