Abstract

For most companies on the market, digital transformation is of great importance and brings benefits such as faster communication with users/customers, colla­borators, easier system maintenance, employee commu­nication, business opportunities in different markets. The research subject is based on the application of new techno­logies in a traditional business environment. The main focus of the work is focused on the analysis of the strategic position of the company Fedex as well as the presentation of examples of digital transformation in the company through the service: Online Shipping for everyone.
