THE IMPORTANCE OF AGILE TRANSFORMATION FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF BUSINESS PROCESSES
Abstract
This paper is a comprehensive analysis of the agile transformation of organizations and its impact and importance in the world of business. It includes a theoretical and empirical analysis of agile transformation as a concept that is increasingly used, based on flexibility, speed and efficiency. The aim of the master thesis is to provide insight into the key aspects of agile transformation and to indicate the effects it has on organizational processes, culture and results.
