Abstract

This paper is a comprehensive analysis of the agile transformation of organizations and its impact and importance in the world of business. It includes a theoretical and empirical analysis of agile transformation as a concept that is increasingly used, based on flexibility, speed and efficiency. The aim of the master thesis is to provide insight into the key aspects of agile transfor­mation and to indicate the effects it has on organizational processes, culture and results.
