The topic of this scientific work is the operator's obligations and the application of protective measures when working with hydraulic excavators. The duties of the operator during safe work with hydraulic excavators (handling and maintenance) are defined and the injuries at work that occur during unsafe work with universal hydraulic excavators are listed. The work also contains short instructions for safe and healthy work with universal hydraulic excavators.
