This paper describes V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything) technology and its application in autonomous driving. Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) is a communication system that supports the transfer of information from vehicles to mobile parts of the traffic system that can affect the vehicle. The main purpose of V2X technology is to improve road safety, save energy and improve traffic efficiency. The goal of this master thesis is to demonstrate the application od 4G and 5G network in V2X using an experimental platform.
