CONDITION ASSESSMENT AND ENERGY RENOVATION OF WING D OF THE NOVI SAD RAILWAY STATION BUILDING COMPLEX

The paper consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical segment describes types of energy-efficient houses. The practical segment includes an evaluation of the condition of the station building situated within the Novi Sad railway station complex. A comprehensive macroscopic analysis of all elements was conducted to ascertain the extent of damage and determine the required rehabilitation work. Furthermore, the energy efficiency of the facility was calculated, and appropriate remedial measures were identified to enhance its energy efficiency. Subsequently, a recalculation of the energy efficiency was made, and a comparison was drawn between the grades obtained before and after the building’s renovation.
