Abstract

This paper describes the methodology of human resource menagement in transport companies as the key to the success of the company's operations. The concept of menagement is defined, its structure, development in the modern environment as well as functional application in the field of traffic are described. Special emphasis is placed on the concept of human resources menagement, its impor­tance, and especially the importance of human resources as the main competitive advantage of the organization. The process of human resources menagement itself its presented in detail, viewed on the one hand as a scinetific discipline and on the other as a functionally applicable process in the real environment. At the very end, there is a connection with modern information technologies that facilitate, optimize and improve its application in practice.
