Planning the construction of a residential and commercial building with the choice of the most favorable type of facade wall at the attic level

Abstract

The work consists of a practical and a theoretical part. The theoretical part describes the building, the technical conditions of construction, as well as the building technology itself, while the practical part selects the most favorable type of facade systems for the said building. Types of facade solutions taken into consideration are: ventilated facade with composite panels, sandwich panel and contact  facade. The criteria used to select the facade solution are the financial criterion, the time criterion and then the criterion of the building's energy efficiency.
