Abstract

The subject of this paper is the adaptation of the existing application "Polovni automobili" for use on a foldable phone, as a type of device that is experiencing a great expansion. Design for foldable mobile phones is an important step when creating an application. First of all, special attention must be paid to the operating modes of these phones. The two main modes are open mode and closed mode. In practice, there is also a semi-open mode where the use of the screen is at the maximum level, even though the screens are still divided. The redesign of the "Polovni automobili" application involved adapting the user interface, experience, and functionality to leverage the unique, innovative capabilities of foldable mobile phones, with the additional goal of addressing issues identified through an analysis of applications available on the market.
