IMPROVEMENT OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN THE „NS AUTOMOTIVE“ ORGANIZATION BY APPLYING THE ISO 9004 STANDARD

The paper provides a theoretical overview of the quality management system, the ISO 9001 and ISO 9004 standards, as well as the advantages of their implementation. Self-assessment determines the level of maturity of SMK in the „NS Automotive" organization. Based on the results of the self-assessment, improvement measures were defined in order to reach a higher level of maturity. In addition, a Gantt diagram with defined activities, responsibilities, and deadlines for the implementation of improvement measures is presented.
