INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION IN EVENT ORGANIZATION IN CASE OF “ANATOMIJA USPEHA 2023”

Abstract

The paper presents four chapters through the theoretical part. The first chapter describes the importance of communication in marketing and the basic chara­cteristics of communication, then the second and third chapters present the internal and external communication, and in the four chapter it is described event marketing as important marketing communication strategy. In the practical part of the work, an analysis of internal and external communication was conducted during the organization of the "I love FTN" quiz. At the conclusion of the practical work, the analysis results were discussed, and recommendations for improvement were provided.
