The paper investigates application of different methods and OIRA tool for the risk assessment of selected workplaces in accredited chemical laboratory (laboratory technician, field worker and manager). Various risk assessment methods were used, including the 5x5 matrix, the PILZ method and the OIRA tool. The obtained results showed a high level of risk in all three workplaces, while specific hazards that contribute to increased risk, such as toxic substances, physical risks and ergonomic factors, were identified.
