OPTIMIZATION OF PRODUCTION PROCESSES USING SIMULATIONS IN THE COMPANY BIOELEMENTS LLC

Abstract

The topic of this work is creation of a simulation model, analysis and optimization of the material flows of the production system in the company Bioelements l.l.c., where the focus is on the processes of laser cutting, preparation and disposal of materials and welding of assemblies of certain machines in order to reduce inventory. These processes are performed on 4 types of machines according to the number of orders from the customer. The simulation was done in the Tecnomatix Plant Simulation software.
