RESEARCH OF ERGONOMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF PASSENGER VEHICLE DISPLAY INSTRUMENTS

Abstract

The topic of this paper is the research of the ergonomic characteristics of a motor vehicle instruments, with the aim of determining which way of displaying gives the best results in terms of accuracy and required reading time. The research involved 30 active drivers of both sexes from different age groups, who were shown various examples of existing dashboard designs.
