ECONOMIC ANALYSIS FOR HEAVY MAINTENANCE (ROAD REHABILITATION - UPGRADING) OF THE STATE ROAD IB 22 Section: RAŠKA (K. MITROVICA) - NOVI PAZAR (BANJA) from km 235+917 to km 253+891, L=17,974 km
Abstract
The paper presents an economic analysis of enhanced maintenance of state road IB 22, performed using the HDM-4 model. This model calculates discounted flows of net benefits (savings) over the analysis period. The economic analysis was carried out for each homogenous section as well as cumulatively for the entire section. The period of exploitation, for which the economic analysis of the rehabilitated road section was carried out, is 10 years, and the total period of analysis includes 13 years.
