In this paper, we consider the technologies that have emerged in Industry 4.0 and their impact on areas such as logistics, supply chain management, warehousing, reverse logistics and others. The paper first describes the development of logistics through the prism of industrial development, from Industry 1.0 to Industry 4.0. Supply chain management 4.0 represents the evolution of the traditional approach to supply chain management with the help of digital technologies. This paradigm integrates various technologies to achieve greater efficiency, transparency and adaptability in supply processes. Several technologies that found their application in Industry 4.0 and their application in supply chain management were presented. Part of the work is dedicated to the sustainability of the supply chain, which aims to achieve a balance between economic efficiency, environmental protection and social responsibility in all stages of the supply chain. In the last part of the paper, the basics of the Industry 5.0 concept are presented, in terms of its contribution to logistics and supply chain management.
