ARCHITECTURAL STUDY OF CONDOMINIUM CONCEPT – CONDOMINIUM BUILDING PROJECT IN NOVI SAD

Abstract

The subject of this paper is researching the concept of condominiums and their impact on urban living. The focus is on eco-friendly construction and its significance for the environment. Through a detailed analysis of housing throughout the history of architecture and urban planning in Novi Sad, we come to the conclusion of what type of residential buildings are lacking in the city and what aspects would facilitate urban living. The project of a condominium-style building in the heart of Novi Sad serves an example of a residential structure that could partially or entirely alleviate the challenges of fast-paced city life and provide users with an uninterrupted daily routine
