Abstract

This paper explores the pivotal role of BIM in achieving sustainability in the construction industry. We focus on analysing initiatives for sustainable development, green building assessment systems, and the integration of BIM to enhance sustainable design. Emphasis is placed on the use of BIM for efficient resource management, energy efficiency, and sustainable materials, thereby contributing to global sustainability goals.
