The paper discusses the theoretical foundations of microgrids, DERs, optimization in electrical power systems, as well as mathematical models of lines, transformers, and DERs that will be used further in the analysis. During the research, the system optimization was carried out with a clear goal - minimization of active power losses while respecting voltage constraints. This optimization process is not aimed at a global solution, but each resource is carefully approached individually. Local optima have been found for each resource, taking into account their specific characteristics and constraints. This approach method has made it possible to achieve a better balance between energy production and consumption in the microgrid, thus improving the efficiency of the system and ensuring its stability.
