The focus of this master work is on researching of motivation factors for work in the organization, and which strategy of increasing motivation should be applied in order to make employees more satisfied and efficient in their work. The employees were questionaded whether they are more motivated by the material than the non-material factors, and which factors in the organization demotivate them.
