Abstract

The paper provides a comprehensive overview of key project management elements, particularly exploring the importance of critical success factors. Through the analysis of the Marmaray project example, the emphasis is placed on the identification, analysis, and evaluation of these factors, along with provided recommendations for their overcoming, illustrating the practical application of theoretical concepts in the real world of projects.
