ANALYSIS AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE STORAGE PROCESS IN THE ORGANIZATION “FER PARTNER” LLC

Abstract

The subject of the work is the research of problems in the business of the company “Fer Partner" LLC., i.e. the storage process, in order to propose measures to solve them in relation to the given problems. The methods used in the work are Ishikawa diagram and FMEA analysis. The Ishikawa diagram represents the causes of problems in the storage process. The most significant problem is the lack of storage space. Further analysis suggested measures to improve the process.
