THE USAGE OF ENGINEERING METHODS FOR THE ANALYSIS AND IMPROVEMENT OF WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS
Abstract
This paper investigates the application of engineering methods in the analysis and improvement of warehouse operations. The goal of the research is the identification of problems in warehouse operations and the application of appropriate engineering methods to solve them. In order to solve the problem, it was necessary to determine and study the current state of the company, to determine criteria and improvement measures for the organization and its work plan, as well as goals and possible solutions for implementation for improvement
