The paper presents the implementation of various project management tools as well as their impact on the success of the project on the Global Pak case. The analysis of the factors affecting the success of the projects has been made on the basis of theoretical approaches that describe the significance and influence of given factors on the projects and allow the creation and implementation of certain tools in order to achieve greater project success. In the practical part of the paper, an example of the given tools on the project of expanding the company's business to the German market is presented.
