ТECHNOLOGY AND APPLICATIONS OF EYE MOVEMENT TRACKING SYSTEMS

Abstract

User experience research aims to understand the user's point of view, as eye tracking allows us to literally see through the user's eyes. That's why it can serve us as a valuable tool in web research, and especially in web design and development. To understand how eye tracking can be crucial in web page research, this paper scientifically explains how the human visual system works and how eye tracking technologies can record what we register with our eyes. Also, the paper describes the wide application of eye movement tracking systems.
