CONDITION ASSESSMENT AND ENERGY RENOVATION OF THE “14 OCTOBER” PRIMARY SCHOOL BUILDING IN DRAGINAC

Abstract

The paper consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the topic of fire safety of the perimeter walls of buildings. In the practical part a brief technical description of the facility of the elementary school "14. October" located in Draginac near Loznica, is presented. A macroscopic visual inspection of the building from its outer and inner sides was performed to register damage and defects, based on which the bearing capacity and durability were assessed. An energy efficiency calculation was made and the building's energy class was obtained. Measures for energy rehabilitation were proposed and energy efficiency was recalculated. The results of the origin and the energy renovated building were compared.
