The subject of this paper is the implementation of BIM (Building Information Modeling) in the analysis of greenhouse gas emissions throughout all phases of the project. All phases, from design to the actual operation of the building, have been analyzed. BIM software was used for the gas analysis, where a model of an existing house was created. All factors in the materialization phase were taken into account, including the production of elements, material transport, and on-site construction.
