COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE MANAGEMENT STYLE IN THE ENTERPRISE

The paper presents the management in contemporary business conditions, the importance of the leadership function for the successful operation of the organization, the leadership styles of the company, the influence of emotional intelligence on leadership. In addition, a comparative analysis of management styles has been done in two companies: "Novi Sad Fair" and "Erste Bank", and measures for improvement have been proposed.
