Abstract

Within this work, the advantages of advanced management of construction projects based on timely available, precise data and key indicators of the project, using BIM methods and technology, are presented. Getting to know the possibilities of automation and optimization of traditional processes of planning and management of construction projects using BIM methodology and advanced BIM tools.
