Abstract

With the increasing development of technology, information is easier and faster to obtain. The use of technology has contributed to the application of information and communication technologies in public administrations. In this paper, we will look at the terms e-government and e-health. Research will be done on whether medical appointment booking systems are needed as systems and would be used and the results of that research.
