Architecture is the language of its creator, it forms an unbreakable link between the architect and the object. An architect should be equipped with knowledge of many branches of study to be able to approach designing. The research of the initial theoretical basis forms the basis for the initial phase of the approach to the design of the conceptual solution of a commercial building with specific content on the ground floor.
