The paper is based on theoretical and research work. The theoretical part gives an insight into the productivity observed through the “SPACE”` framework during application of Hybrid way of working and introduces and explains the Hybrid way of working, remote work, agile management of development teams in such environments and presents the main benefits and difficulties. The research part is based on the information collected by surveying the employees of the “Codetiq” company, with the aim of determining the impact of the Hybrid way of working on productivity viewed through several prisms.
