KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS IN THE PROCUREMENT SECTOR

The paper provides an overview of the literature in the field of key performance indicators in organizations and the best-known models for their measurement. The current state of indicators in the procurement sector at the observed company was analyzed, deficiencies were noted and further suggestions were made for improving the indicator system.
