The paper encompasses both theoretical and practical analysis of the application of digital transformation in the field of human resources. The practical application of digital transformation in this area is illustrated through a real-life example of a company operating in this field. The thesis presents the current state within the company in the context of digital transformation and offers potential improvements in the form of digital platforms oriented towards the company's strategic success.
