The topic of this paper is the development of a new way of managing interior design projects with the application of the Scrum approach. As part of the work, roles and activities were designed by combining the Scrum approach with the existing phases of interior design projects. In addition, the paper deals with the development of a new version of the application for managing these obstacles with the application of Scrum.
