Abstract

The paper explains the supply chain before and during crisis situations: the epidemic of the COVID-19 virus and the war in Ukraine, the analysis of the impact through the Ishikawa diagram and the 5 why method, as well as the importance of Industry 4.0 for the return of companies to normal operation mode after the pandemic and the proposal of strategies for the case repeated conflicts.
