This work is based on plans for sustainable urban logistics and indicating the monitoring of environmental quality, awareness of harmful gas emissions, vehicle use, the importance of using non-motorized modes of transport and the utility of public urban transport, as well as improving its quality and reducing energy consumption. The paper created a model of city logistics in the city center of Novi Sad and applied the Promethee multi-criteria decision-making method to select the most optimal delivery model.
