ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACT ON THE ENVIRONMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN THE ORGANIZATION "GACKO MINE AND THERMAL POWER PLANT"

Abstract

A detailed analysis of the environmental management system in the specific organization was performed. Different methods and techniques, such as the Ishikawa diagram and FMEA analysis, were applied to identify and evaluate the causes of environmental pollution. On the basis of these analyses, concrete causes that contribute to the pollution, created as a result of the organization's work, were observed. Specific measures to prevent pollution and improve the environmental management system were proposed and the costs of implementing the measures were presented.
