IMPROVEMENT OF WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS IN THE ORGANIZATION „BOSIS“ D.O.O.
Abstract
As part of the research work on the topic "Improvement of warehouse operations in the organization "Bosis" d.o.o.", the Ishikawa and FMEA methods were applied to identify key problems and risks in the existing warehouse processes. The result of the research includes proposed measures to improve the efficiency and safety of the warehouse, with the aim of optimizing work and increasing the quality of service in the organization "Bosis" d.o.o.
