The scientific paper explains the reverse logistics of electric and hybrid vehicles. A detailed analysis of the components of electric and hybrid vehicles, their disadvantages and advantages. The emphasis of this paper is on environmental problems that follow the end of life of electric and hybrid vehicles. Using the Ishikawa diagram, an analysis was made with six main causes that affect the described problem. Measures were proposed that would contribute to the improvement of this event.
