Abstract

This paper presents the significance of storaging as a very important logistics activity. At the very beginning of this paper, a theoretical approach and attitudes from the field of logistics, storaging and lean tools are presented. In the continuation of the paper the current situation in the company Marbo product is being analyzed, and a a practical example of solving storage problems.
