Abstract

The paper presents the importance of communication and basic types, as well as communication models in the theoretical part. In the practical part of the paper, a detailed analysis of internal and external communication in a company operating in the transportation industry has been conducted. At the end of the practical section, suggestions for improving internal and external communication are provided.
