Abstract

The subject of this paper is researching the concept and characteristics of hybrid housing buildings, as well as the socio-economic influence of modern society on their development. A detailed analysis of the context of the city district of Novi Sad formed the concept of the project, which is based on the idea of creating a city within the city. The project aims to create an independent microcosmos that, through ecological and sustainable construction, blends harmoniously with its natural park environment, while at the same time promoting a healthy life.
