EXAMINATION OF KEY SKILLS IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT APPLICABLE TO LEADING ENTREPRENEURIAL VENTURES
Abstract
The goal of this paper is to examine key skills in project management applicable to leading entrepreneurial ventures. To achieve this, a study was conducted where entrepreneurs had the opportunity to express their understanding of specific project management concepts.
