Abstract

This paper is telling us something more about tool monitoring while cutting. There was an experiment that was based on tool monitoring while cutting hardened materials. Tool monitoring implies tool life monitoring and tool fracture monitoring. Tools that were used were inserts from hard metal. In the end experiment results were compared.
