The paper deals with theoretical basics of heating and air conditioning as well as calculations of all elements related to this area as well as practical check of the replaced boiler, checking the existing chimney with the requirements of the newly installed boiler, as well as the technical solution for the heating and air conditioning of the manipulative building on the oil collection station with the help of a heat pump " air - water ".
