This paper presents a software solution for automated medical record exchange based on blockchain technology. The system ensures secure data exchange between healthcare institutions and research organizations while preserving patient anonymity. Smart contracts enable patients to have full control over access permissions to their medical records. The software solution uses Hyperledger Fabric and MongoDB technologies, achieving scalability and real-time efficiency, with transparency and security as key priorities.
