Abstract

The subject of this paper is the development of a prototype of a travel agency's mobile application based on research and analysis of key elements that contribute to a positive user experience. A survey was conducted in which respondents evaluated which parts of the three offered web applications are more comprehensive and functional. Based on the principles of iOS design and the answers from the survey, a prototype of a mobile application adapted to the preferences and needs of users was created. The success of the prototype was confirmed by an additional survey for evaluation of the appearance, functionality and ease of navigation in the application.
